“I had been in alot of pain with my knee. I was waiting to see my new arthritic Dr. My appt was a 2 month wait. In the meantime my husband suggested that i go back and see Dr. Botti. He had done a knee surgery on the other knee. We knew he would be able to tell me if it was arthritis or skeletal . I called to make a appt. knowing it would likely take a couple of weeks. While waiting on the line i heard a (angel's) voice saying . Are you in pain? Would you like to be seen TODAY in our urgent care? It was amazing i was in there in no time. Seeing a Dr. xrays and a shot in my knee in less than a hour. I have told everyone that has bad bones or anyone with a child in sports. Your office and staff are the best.”

“I think your clinic is the most efficiently run I have ever experienced. I told a couple of my doctors in the valley about my experience there and how impressed I was. I told them how I made my appointment, came in, I was xrayed, diagnosed, given a Steriod shot and out of there in less than a hour. Here in the valley most places make you grovel for the appointment, then you have to schedule for a xray, come back for the results in two-three weeks . Then schedule for a steroid shot maybe in 3-4 weeks. In the mean time you hurt like hell, or your healed.....personally I will probably drive to Flagstaff as it takes me three hours from my house to my house in Flag.
You have not forgotten that your dealing with humans, you treat with respect and dignity and I want you all in your clinic from the front desk to the doctor and PA to know it is noticed and appreciated....you are a example of what a doctors office should strive to be.
