“Everybody was very nice and everything was very professional. They all did a very good job. I was very happy.”
“Very processional, always on time, and he knows what he is doing!”
“John is great! compassionate, informative and personable.”
“My total experience at Flagstaff Bone and Joint has exceeded my expectations. The entire staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Flint did an excellent job of repairing my broken wrist. I would be more than pleased to recommend Flagstaff Bone & Joint to anyone needing their services.”
“Previously, I had rotator cuff surgery for the second time, on my R Shoulder (9/17/15) in S. Dakota, which didn't take. (The first surgery was in Feb of '98.) After having physical therapy for 2 months, it was decided I should see someone at the Flagstaff Bone & Joint, as I still couldn't raise my arm any higher than my shoulder.
Dr. Moezzi did a Complete Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement on March 1, 2016. After 6 weeks, I did a couple months of physical therapy. Thanks to him, I can now raise my arm & hand above my head and doing things that I hadn't been able to do with my arm in a long, long time.”
“Exceptional service and care as always the staff welcomes you with a smile and the doctors are caring and listen to your needs and treatment suggestions.”
“Thanks to a great doctor, I can enjoy walking with no pain, it's the 2nd time he replaced something on, first my shoulder and now my left knee, he's a great surgeon, his PA Dave is also great, he was my check up Doc and removed the stitches, I would recommend Flagstaff Bone Joint anytime, very professional and on time a win-win.”
“Dr. Meier and the staff are awesome. Thanks for all you have done for me.”
“Very caring and compassionate, complete ACL repair, and treated me with dignity and respect!”
“Very accurate in treatment, thanks.”
“When everybody else said they could not do anything else for the pain my husband is living with, Jennifer kept looking. Now we have some hope! Thank you, Jennifer for being so persistent!”
“Living in the Dewey/Prescott Valley area of the state, I have chosen to travel up to Flagstaff Bone & Joint for years now. I have orthopedic needs in hips, knees, hands and shoulders that I trust to no other orthopedic team. My husband was an emergency room physician for 38 years, and believed physicians in any specialty could be their best when associated with a Level I trauma hospital, with this group of orthopedics are.
This trip I returned to Dr. Flint for my hand and shoulder. We talked, he listened, and we discussed options at this time because I am less than a year from having Medicare, but have no insurance at this time. We opted for steroid injections and Dr. Flint is aces.
Dr. Flint is also tender-hearted and helpful to me over the recent death of my husband.
I have brought several friends up to Flagstaff for this team - and those who chose to stay in the local Yavapai County orthopedic arena have not had good outcomes. Each one has said, in that ideal 20-20 retrospective view, that they should have listened to me. The friends who have seen the wonderful docs in this group have received quality care - as have I.”
“My son had an injury to his toe, we called to get an appointment and they indicated we should just walk in so we did. We walked out 20 mins later with a DX and exceptional service. Thank you.”
“Great experience. Dr. Meier helped to relieve the pain I have been in for years. Thank you very much.”
“I enjoy seeing Dr. Meier, He and the staff are professional and always friendly. I have recommended the practice to my friends and family. Keep up the good work.”
“Could not have been happier with all the staff that assisted with my knee replacement. Just very excellent service. I am a ballroom dancer and I danced 34 days after my surgery.”
“My second surgery with Dr. Flint. We found his clinical skills outstanding in every way. My husband is a physician and I spent a large part of my career as a health educator in film, video and print working with Physicians who were experts in their fields. I say this to indicate that we have a broad frame of reference to judge physicians who care for us. Dr. Flint's clinical skills, compassion, caring and patience are a blend not found in every surgeon. He has a rare gift and that we so appreciate. Even our PT commented on how impressed she was with my care and his professional guidance and communication.
We have already referred several friends to Dr. Flint and are so grateful that a PT at Entire Care in Sedona told us about him.”
“I came in as a walk-in patient. I brought a book along because I assumed I'd have a long wait. I was seen within 10 minutes of arrival instead. I was very satisfied with my visit and treatment.”
“Extremely knowledgeable on osteoporosis and best care practices. Answered questions completely and provided options for treatment.”
“Dr. Moezzi [was] helpful and nice to talk to. Not quick to jump to surgery but rather offer other options. Thank you!”
“Dr. Meier was very friendly. He took the time to explain what he was going to do. His MA was very helpful as well. I would definitely use them again. As a whole, the organization was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and sensitive to my condition.”
“I had a great experience at this clinic. Everyone was friendly and helpful and genuinely cared about my issues.”
“He is very pleasant and easy to talk to, took the time to explain my solution. Gave me a shot and it did not hurt. I will always see him if I am in pain.”
“I have a torn tendon in my right shoulder and thought I would need surgery. Shared with the doctor that I did not want an MRI due to a fear of enclosed spaces. He re-assured me that it would be okay to have an x-ray. After reading the x-ray, the doctor said that I could try therapy first and see if that would help (and it was well worth the effort). It was comforting to know surgery was not the only option.
The visit was fast and thorough which was appreciated.”
“Was very pleased with the way Dr. Flint and the staff at Flagstaff Bone and Joint treated me. This was my first surgery. They took the time to fill me in on what to expect. It put me in a more relaxed state. I would gladly refer someone to you.”
