“I had been in alot of pain with my knee. I was waiting to see my new arthritic Dr. My appt was a 2 month wait. In the meantime my husband suggested that i go back and see Dr. Botti. He had done a knee surgery on the other knee. We knew he would be able to tell me if it was arthritis or skeletal . I called to make a appt. knowing it would likely take a couple of weeks. While waiting on the line i heard a (angel's) voice saying . Are you in pain? Would you like to be seen TODAY in our urgent care? It was amazing i was in there in no time. Seeing a Dr. xrays and a shot in my knee in less than a hour. I have told everyone that has bad bones or anyone with a child in sports. Your office and staff are the best.”

She is knowledgable about current treatments and helped me understand the results of my Dexa scan. She and her assistant took the time to listen to me and thoughtfully answer my questions. “I think your clinic is the most efficiently run I have ever experienced. I told a couple of my doctors in the valley about my experience there and how impressed I was. I told them how I made my appointment, came in, I was xrayed, diagnosed, given a Steriod shot and out of there in less than a hour. Here in the valley most places make you grovel for the appointment, then you have to schedule for a xray, come back for the results in two-three weeks . Then schedule for a steroid shot maybe in 3-4 weeks. In the mean time you hurt like hell, or your healed.....personally I will probably drive to Flagstaff as it takes me three hours from my house to my house in Flag.
You have not forgotten that your dealing with humans, you treat with respect and dignity and I want you all in your clinic from the front desk to the doctor and PA to know it is noticed and appreciated....you are a example of what a doctors office should strive to be.

“ In December, 2015, I had a complete shoulder replacement, for my left shoulder. I was treated very well by all the nurses, aides, and staff members.
My doctor was very encouraging and highly skilled in his profession. My incision is barely noticeable, and it has been a good year since the surgery. Although, the medical plan I had didn't provide me with the proper therapy I needed, I had to continue my therapy at home, which is taking longer for me to heal properly. I shall not give up and will continue to work at becoming more physically fit in the future. I will strive for perfection and hope to deliver a positive feedback in my total recovery. “I am so glad to share with you my experience with you, actually both experiences. My first was a complete R. shoulder replacement. I must confess I was uncertain about having this done , no matter the discomfort I was having. I listened to Dr. Flint and was amazed at his apparent skills and concern with my problem. Well the surgery went as expected and then came the therapy. First let me say that I am totally happy and amazed at the results, I have found no limitations and other than an occasional click or catch my shoulder works as good now as when I was a young man, I just don't work it as hard as when I was Superman. Thanks so much for all the care by your staff and hospital staff. Yes I would have the same surgery done again if needed. Now on to the therapy, I really wish my experience with the therapy clinic in Kingman was all that I experienced in Flagstaff Bone and Joint. I'm going to leave it at that because just the remembering of it brings up issues. The second was my L Shoulder clean-up surgery. It did get rid of the ring of fire about the size of a baseball at the top outer curved portion of my arm, however I have had so much ongoing pain about 2 1/2 inches down from the crown or curved portion, at times the pain is def. a 10+ and still continues to this day, over two years later. I would never recommend this procedure to any one, sorry about that. Guess I had such a good time with the first that I was expecting as good with the second. “This practice is top notch. There is no waiting for your scheduled appointment, providing you are on time. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. They are efficient from the receptionist to the p/t folks. I had a shoulder injury and was anxious about needing surgery. While I may need surgery in the future they were able to provide relief immediately and ease my mind. I was given instruction on how to perform the p/t exorcises and given the choice to do these on my own or go to physical therapy. As I have been through p/t numerous times over the years I opted to do these on my own and have gotten to a place in my recovery where I can use my shoulder again. Knowing what is going on in my shoulder and what my limitations are is priceless.

“I just had my second total knee replacement this year and Dr. Moezzi and Dave Brown provided excellent care for both of them. I went into the surgeries know exactly what to expect. I have also been seen by Eric Pitcher in the Physical Therapy Department after both surgeries and he has provided excellent therapy with additional instruction on what I needed to work on at home between my therapy appointments.
I have to say that I have recommended Flagstaff Bone and Joint to several people that have asked me who did my surgery as they were thinking about seeking treatment for their issues. I would highly recommend Flagstaff Bone and Joint to anyone that needs any type of orthopedic care.”
