“I have had two issues, a fall that broke my patella, and before that lower back pain seeing Dr. O'Donnell. I have had at least five visits to your office, and for every appointment, the doctor was on time. I have never experienced this at any doctors' office in 50 years. Thanks, it sure says that you care for your patients. Of course, the medical care was exceptional, and all staffers were great. One time I was at my medical equipment provider, and they couldn't find a script for a TENS machine. I called your office, and the staffer was able to get another script faxed to All-Med while I was still in the store. I think that was way above the norm as most of the time in other offices you have to leave messages to be called back the next day. Thank you for your outstanding office.”
