Amanda's journey in the field of orthopaedics began in 2009 when she embarked on her career as a physician assistant. She earned her Master of Medical Sciences degree in physician assistant studies from Midwestern University, setting the foundation for her future success. Prior to that, Amanda pursued her undergraduate studies, focusing on biology prerequisites at The University of Arizona. She continued her academic excellence at Northern Arizona University, where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in integrative biology.
Amanda's expertise in orthopaedics is both extensive and diverse. Her comprehensive knowledge encompasses orthopaedic clinical care, specialty injections, ultrasonography, fracture management, and the interpretation of radiographs, CT scans, and MRI scans. Amanda also brings invaluable experience in surgical assisting, further enhancing her ability to provide detailed orthopaedic care.
In her current role, Amanda is an integral part of the team working alongside our Adult Reconstruction Surgeon, Liam Bosch, MD, specializing in the care of patients needing total knee or hip replacements and revisions. She assist Dr. Bosch in surgery and provides thorough care in the clinic, following patients through their entire treatment journey. Amanda's deep commitment to excellence ensures that every patient receives compassionate, effective, and personalized care throughout their orthopaedic experience.
Not only is Amanda an accomplished medical professional, but she is also a proud native of Flagstaff, Arizona. She and her husband feel privileged to raise their children in the picturesque surroundings of Flagstaff, cherishing the natural beauty and community spirit that the area offers.
