Laurel Combs, F.N.P.-C., is a distinguished member of our physical medicine and rehabilitation team. With a robust background spanning over fifteen years in nursing, Laurel brings a wealth of experience in medical-surgical care, leadership, and postoperative care. After completing her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Northern Arizona University, Laurel has become a board-certified nurse practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has focused her expertise on musculoskeletal health. At Flagstaff Bone & Joint, she works alongside Dr. Marshall Meier and Dr. Nathan Swain, where her dedication to patient-centered care enhances our ability to offer comprehensive and compassionate care. Laurel’s approach to treatment is deeply rooted in her commitment to integrating clinical excellence with genuine patient engagement. She is skilled in managing a variety of acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing patient education, preventive care, and tailored treatment plans that empower patients in their healthcare journeys.
Outside the clinic, Laurel continues to contribute to our community’s well-being through her roles as a figure skating coach at the Flagstaff figure skating club and as an instructor of aerial arts. These activities highlight her passion for promoting holistic health and wellness.
