2025 Sports Physicals for Student-Athletes

​Flagstaff Bone & Joint is excited to announce our annual sports physicals event for student-athletes, scheduled for Saturday, July 19, 2025, at our Flagstaff office located at 525 North Switzer Canyon Drive, Flagstaff, AZ 86001. This event offers sports physicals at a nominal fee of $10 (cash only), with no insurance required. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the athletic programs of the participating athletes.

Athletes are encouraged to complete the necessary paperwork prior to arrival by visiting the Arizona Interscholastic Association's website at www.aiaonline.org/about/forms to fill out Form 15.7-A and Form 15.7-B. Appointments are limited; if no slots are available, please check back on the webpage for potential cancellations.
