His impressive academic journey began with graduating summa cum laude from Brigham Young University, followed by obtaining his medical degree with honors from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, a facility recognized for its excellence in orthopaedic care. Dr. Flint then honed his skills further with a fellowship in upper extremity surgery at Triangle Orthopaedic Associates in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where he worked alongside hand and shoulder surgeons trained at prestigious institutions like the Mayo Clinic and Duke University Hospital.

In addition to his surgical prowess, Dr. Flint is fluent in both Spanish and English, allowing him to offer outstanding care to a diverse patient demographic. His commitment to patient care is further exemplified by his introduction of wide-awake hand surgery to his practice.
